Notes:

• Tour cost is based on base room category. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
• Minimum 10 passengers are required to operate the group trip.
• All sightseeing timings are subject to local road, weather and traffic conditions.
• Govt. ID with address proof/passport with valid visa is compulsory during the journey/ to stay at hotel.
• Allotment of coach/berth/seats will be done by Indian railway through its Centralized Passenger Reservation System only.
• We do not guarantee allotment of seat/berth/lower berth/seats together or in the same coach of your choice. Furthermore, it is not possible for us to advise you whether your choice of berth is being allotted or not because it’s all done by Indian railways passenger reservation system without any human interference.
• Tatkal Train tickets charges would be Extra (Subject to availability at the time of booking).
• We will provide seats in AC Chair Car Coach (Train seats are subject to availability), if not available in mentioned class or coming available in next higher class, than guests need to pay the train fare difference.
• Train tickets are issued on the basis of minimum available fare.
• Any Darshan / Pooja/ Special Pooja can be arranged & need to be booked in advance on extra payment.
• The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices, change of travel plan due to cancellation of train or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
• A service of vehicle and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not at disposal.
• You will have to strictly follow the tour program. There would be no refund if you fail to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the tour for any reasons whatsoever. Under no circumstances would any refund be given for any unutilized services. You shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other co-travellers or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property of the Company, co-travellers or others. In this event, you may be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Company shall be under no liability to any such person.
• No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
• Package Cost NOT VALID on black out dates- like Festival period and other long weekend travel dates, Diwali, Christmas and New Year, Republic Day, Holi, long weekends travel period and local Festival dates.
• Surcharge applicable on black out dates / long weekends travel dates.
• The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly there.
• Hotels standard check-in & check-out time is 1400 hours and 1000 hours.
• Early Check-in and late Check out are subject to rooms availability & would be provided on extra payment.

Remarks

• Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same room, is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
• Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed (subject to hotel policy and conditions).
• This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in train or in hotel.
• The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
• We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect/changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.

COVID-19 Guidelines - Terms and conditions.

• 100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to confirm the Hotel reservation.
• Please provide government-issued id proof to process the reservation.
• Hotel vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
• The guest must carry a confirmed Hotel voucher at the time of check-in at Hotel.
• Standard Check-in time is 1400 hours & Check-out time is 1100 hours.
• Fixed /chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
• Guests showing any covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the Hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked Hotel.
• All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
• We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Railways, Hotel, etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
• If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.

Cancellation Policy:-

• Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount
• Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel: 20% of total package cost
• Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel: 30% of the total package amount
• Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel: 50% of the total package amount
• Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel: 75% of the total package amount
• Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel: 100% package amount will be forfeited

• All the documents will be delivered over email and at your WhatsApp number only.
• In case a passenger is denied entry to board the train due to a health conditions then entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as a new booking only.

The aforementioned description is just for informative purposes. Final package tour components shall be mentioned on the voucher at the time of finalizing the tour package. The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last-minute variations that may occur due to factors beyond control of the Travel Agency.

Online Booking Procedure

• To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
• As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
• You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
• We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
• The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
• Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
